Pricing questions
Is the free tier a watered-down alert?
No. Free gets the exact same push-and-email alert quality as Pro — same timing, same channels, same care around false alarms. The only limit is how many studio brands Grace watches at once.
What counts as one studio brand?
A brand, not a location — e.g. all CorePower locations count as one. If you only ever book one brand, free is likely all you'll ever need.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, any time, from Settings in the app. Switching plans doesn't lose any connected studios or booking history.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from the App Store subscription settings or in-app; you keep Pro through the end of the period you already paid for. See Terms for the full policy.
